The download customised certificate displays perfectly in an A4 sleeve or frame and is available in two colour ways - Heritage Blue and Vintage Green. Rose and Lavender borders are also available on request. A lovely keepsake for the new puppy owner. Customising includes - Pups name, Breed, Date of birth, State, Time of birth, Weight, Sex, Colour, Dam name, Sire name, Your name, Breeding/Kennel name and logo (if available, otherwise a paw graphic will be included).
